Why Pathfinder

Pathfinder 1st Edition has a problem it never solved on its own: nineteen books of rules and a table that has to track all of it by hand. PF1e Campaigner is the answer I wanted to that — a character sheet that shows its working, and a campaign the whole table shares — and the rest of the table tools grew out of it.

Why games too

Factions: Fallen City was a board game I designed, with a rulebook, a painted board and a deck of cards, before it was a website. Poppem! is a party game I built for fun. Both taught me things the Pathfinder work needed: rules written as a reducer, and online play without a server.

How the work gets done

With AI writing a lot of the first drafts, and me deciding what is worth keeping. The speed comes from not typing out code that was never in question. The architecture, the data model and the trade-offs are still decisions, and they're mine.
