These terms cover vibinglegends.com, the website of Vibing Legends Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this site you agree to them. They don't cover the products themselves: each has its own terms on its own site or store listing, and those govern any account, purchase or subscription.

Using this site

The site is here to describe the studio and its products. You're welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. Please don't copy it wholesale, scrape it, or present its content as your own.

Accuracy

The descriptions, figures and screenshots here are accurate when written, but products change faster than a marketing page. Where the two disagree, the product's own site is right. Anything marked "in development" is exactly that and may change or never ship.

Intellectual property

The Vibing Legends name, mark, text and design of this site belong to Vibing Legends Ltd. Product screenshots belong to the studio or, for Poppem!, to its author. Pathfinder is a registered trademark of Paizo Inc.; the Pathfinder products listed here are independent and not published, endorsed or specifically approved by Paizo Inc. Other names are the trademarks of their owners.

Links to other sites — the products, the App Store, Companies House — are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.

Liability

The site is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
